CONNECTING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING Housing instability TO RESOURCES
Coordinated Entry
Coordinated Entry is a community-wide response effort to address housing instability and homelessness. Using data and strategy program coordination, the system can help quickly identify, assess, and connect households in crisis to community resources to best address their unique needs. Waypoint serves as the designated lead agency for Coordinated Entry in Linn, Benton, and Jones counties. Anyone experiencing housing instability or homelessness can contact Waypoint to determine what services within the community can best meet their current needs.
For more information about Coordinated Entry and the Coordinated Systems Approach, visit the National Alliance to End Homelessness's website.
